The truth comes with a price. It either liberates the listener or condemns him to a personal living hell. In this world where we lie effortlessly, without a moments thought, to others and ourselves, the only advice I can give myself is this. Be honest in all your dealings with people, be honest in speech. Be tactful to those who don't need to hear the truth. The little exaggerations, twists and turns, little white lies, are essentially that....lies. Best not to say anything if nothing needs to be said.
